In business, purchase contracts of all kinds have to be concluded, for example
- Orders for services, such as bookkeeping or tax advice
- Purchase of merchandise, for instance purchase of shoes from a shoe shop or capital goods such as computers or cars
- Purchase of real estate: properties or condominium
These orders and purchase contracts are not required in writing. Having said that, it is highly recommended to conclude important contracts in written form.
